2. Retail & Global Shipping
Free Worldwide Shipping: We offer Free Standard Shipping on all retail orders globally, including USA, UK, Canada, Australia, and the EU.
Delivery Timeline: International transit times typically range from 5-15 business days depending on the destination and customs clearance.
3. 14 working-Days Free Replacement Policy
Your satisfaction is our priority. Unlike traditional return policies that involve expensive international shipping:
No-Return Replacement: If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you do not need to ship it back.
Claim Window: Any complaints must be reported via WhatsApp (+923002194804) within 14 working days of delivery.
Complimentary New Product: Once verified, we will send a brand-new replacement product to you for free, including a complimentary gift (Engraved Metal Pen) as a token of our commitment to quality.
4. Bulk Orders & Customization (B2B)
For Private Label or custom branding, customers must provide high-resolution artwork. Naseer’s is not responsible for copyright issues regarding logos provided by the client.
Bulk Payment Terms: A 40% advance deposit is required to start production, with the remaining 60% balance cleared before shipment leaves our facility.
5. Samples & Prototypes
Samples are available for quality evaluation. Sample fees and courier charges (DHL/FedEx) are to be borne by the customer. Sample charges may be adjusted in the final bulk invoice upon agreement.
6. Quality Control
We maintain strict industrial standards. For bulk shipments, any discrepancies must be reported within 10 days. No claims will be entertained if the fabric has been cut or further processed.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Karachi, Pakistan.
